At Outlandish, we want you to love your natural soaps as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. This applies to all products, including Premium Soaps, Classic Soaps, and Bundles. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used soaps. Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are also non-returnable. -
How to Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at support@outlandishpk.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect. -
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. -
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item (e.g., you ordered Floral Enigma but received Purity), please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no extra charge. -
